Giovanni Calabrese graduated brilliantly in piano and graduated in chamber music, awarded in numerous national and international competitions. He combines his passion for teaching with an intense activity in the dissemination of music as organizer of events and concerts.

He is currently artistic director of the Association of High Musical Culture "W. A. Mozart" - APS and artistic director and founder of the MUSICARTE FESTIVAL & COMPETITION in Italy.

He has more than one hundred concerts both as a soloist and in the formation of vocal and instrumental chamber music. He has performed, among others, at America Opera National Center (NYC – USA) , St. John’s University (NYC – USA), Istituto Italiano di Cultura in New York (USA) and Stutgart, Salone delle Muse at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, at the Rathaus in Stuttgart.
