Violin

Ivana Jovic graduated in 2005 from the Violin Department of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.


Ivana Jovic’s intensive artistic activity is primarily reflected in very frequent public performances in the country and abroad - first in the form of numerous recitals of chamber music, then in the form of solo performances. In addition to numerous concerts in prestigious concert halls in the country (Great Hall and Gallery of the Kolarac Endowment, SANU Gallery, ArtGet Gallery, Belgrade City Hall, Nis Symphony Orchestra Hall, Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade, Russian home, Gallery of Scientific and Arts Academy, Cvijeta Zuzoric Pavillion, Gallery of Serbia, Cultural center in Nis ), she also performed in Switzerland, BiH, and Bulgaria. She participated in music festivals in the country, NIMUS. In the field of chamber music, as a member of various chamber ensembles, she has performed over 80 full-length recitals, as well as numerous performances at many group concerts. Ivana Jovic's solo activities include concerts in which she performed as a soloist with an orchestra, all-night violin recitals, concerts in which she performed concerts for violin and orchestra, accompanied by another piano, as well as numerous solo performances at group concerts. She performed as a soloist with the Nis Symphony Orchestra.


She was a permanent member of The National Opera Orchestra in Belgrade, and Member of Pro Classica from 2003 – 2005,

Belgrade chamber orchestra, Orchestra “Concentus Rivensis” Switzerland and Quartet Balkanjy, Zurich (Switzerland) from 2011 – 2018.


She has performed successful concerts as a member of the orchestra with eminent conductors Giuseppe Monopoly (Italy), Azis Sadikovic (Vienna, Austria), Enrico Lavarini (Walenstadt, Switzerland), Srboljub Dinic (Bern, Switzerland).
