Alexandra Antoniou is a professional dancer/choreographer, who trained professionally at Northern Ballet School in Manchester, UK. She is a qualified ISTD teacher in Ballet, Modern & Contemporary dance, qualified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) & Pilates instructor. She started teaching various dance styles in Cyprus (2014-2019), in Lebanon (2019-2020) and she is currently living and teaching in Switzerland in the pre-professional school Afjd and at Ballet des 2 ans. Also, she was a class and coaching assistant at Prix de Lausanne 2022.
Furthermore, Alexandra was a part of the Dance Cyprus Company and participated in the production “The World of Diamantes” in 2014. She performed as a dancer in several events in Cyprus like Madame Figaro (2017, 2018, 2019), Super Music Awards (2017, 2018), Intimissimi Fashion Show 2018 (Love from Verona - Romeo & Juliet), charity fashion show (Οχτώ με ένα σκοπό) and more.
She is a member of the teachers directory of ISTD, PBT, CID & CDA and co-founder of DMO (DanceModeOn) - dance workshops in Cyprus.
Alexandra is passionate to teach and transform her knowledge and love for dance to the next generation and her aim is to help dancers grow as personalities as well.
